From Boston & Points South:

1. Take Interstate 95 North to Portsmouth.
2. Take exit 7, “Market Street” (about 55 miles north of Boston). Turn right onto Market Street.
3. Proceed approximately 1 mile to Market Street’s end at Market Square, the center of downtown Portsmouth.
4. Turn right onto Congress Street (this is your only choice).
5. Take the second left onto Fleet Street.
6. Take the second left, at the traffic light, onto State Street.
7. At the traffic light, turn left onto Pleasant Street.
8. You will find Serendipity on your right.

From Portland, Maine & Points North:

1. Take Interstate 95 South.
2. Take exit 7, “Market Street,” the first New Hampshire exit. Turn left onto Market Street.
3. Proceed from step 3, “From Boston & Points South,” above.

From Manchester, NH & Points West:

1. Take Route 101 East to Interstate 95 North.
